Masari: a launch platform for a ride-hailing app with two different audiences
The real problem
A new ride-hailing app needing a web presence that explains the service to two completely different audiences, riders and drivers, satisfies the privacy and support pages the app stores require, and actually delivers its operational email rather than theoretically.
What we delivered
- A launch site presenting the service to riders and drivers, each with their own proposition
- Store download links for both the rider and driver apps
- The privacy and support pages app-store review requires
Engineering notes
- Built on Laravel 12 with clear content paths per audience
- Operational email reliability: hardened hosting restricts SMTP egress by default, so the sending path through the mail provider was engineered until signup and notification emails actually deliver
- Performance and indexability: light, indexable pages that launch campaigns can land on
The platform runs on hosting we manage, with monitoring and backups.
The launch platform is live, both apps are downloadable through it, and the operational email delivers.
What we publish here is limited to what can be verified. No performance, user or revenue figures unless they are externally provable.
