App Workflow Cycle

When the employee downloads the app from Google Play or App Store, the laundry app workflow cycle begins as follows:

  • First: Login to the app by entering email and password, or login via Facebook, then add address (can be obtained automatically from Google Maps), and enter complete information (name, phone number, ID card number), and activate account through SMS.
  • Second: A unique number is created for the customer or user, usually the mobile phone number.
  • Third: The customer selects the available price list for clothes washing by type and quantity, then submits the washing order and chooses the payment method either by Visa or cash on delivery.
  • Fourth: The approximate time for washing and delivery completion appears to the user, with the option to make the time real through an additional subscription.
  • Fifth: A new random, non-duplicate order number is determined, specified by date and order time.
  • Sixth: The order appears on the management control panel, then the manager sends the order to the delivery employee, showing customer address, order number, phone number, and customer-specific number.
  • Seventh: Delivery orders appear with each order number in the delivery employee's copy.
  • Eighth: The delivery employee presses the customer location tracking button, and the map appears on Google Maps to track the route until arrival.
  • Ninth: The delivery employee goes to the customer's house and receives the clothes, then confirms receipt, showing the customer that the clothes have been received and are now in the delivery stage.
  • Tenth: When clothes reach the laundry and are placed in the washer, the order status changes to "Clothes Being Washed", with audio and visual notification for the customer.
  • Eleventh: After washing is complete, clothes status changes to "Being Prepared for Transport", and when delivered to the delivery representative, status changes to "Being Delivered", and when they reach the customer, it changes to "Delivered Successfully".
  • Twelfth: Delivery service can be made optional according to app settings determined by the programmer.
  • Thirteenth: The delivery employee can track customer location via Google Maps, where each order is placed in its own bag, delivered to the delivery employee, and the order is tracked by the customer through the app.
