5. Requests, Quotations, and Contracting
- Any marketing content or information on the website is general information and does not constitute a binding offer to contract.
- No quotation or scope of work becomes binding until it is approved in writing (official email/signature/paid invoice as agreed).
- We may refuse to provide a service or discontinue it if the request is illegal or involves misuse or security/reputation risks.
6. Acceptable Use and Prevention of Misuse
- Use the website or services for any illegal activity or that violates the rights of others.
- Attempt to hack, disable, or affect the security of the website or subject it to unjustified loads.
- Use automated tools (Bots/Scrapers) to collect content or data without prior written permission.

If the service is paid, the payment terms (deposit/installments/milestones) are specified in the quotation or contract. Work or delivery may be suspended in case of late payment as stipulated in the Project Agreement.
9. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The website is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Web Pioneer shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits/data resulting from the use of the website or reliance on its content. Our liability – if any – is limited to the value of the paid service in dispute according to the Project Agreement.

The website may contain links or integrations with external services (such as hosting providers, analytics, social media platforms). We are not responsible for the policies or practices of those entities, and their use is subject to their own terms and policies.
11. Privacy
The processing of personal data is subject to the Privacy Policy published on the website, and is considered an integral part of this Agreement.

We have the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website if there is suspicion of misuse or violation of this Agreement, without prejudice to any other legal rights. Termination/cancellation of development projects is subject to the termination conditions specified in the Project Agreement.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. In case of a dispute, the competent courts in Egypt shall have jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed.
