Twelve web development companies in Egypt, compared on four facts we could check on 25 October 2026: whether they publish prices, whether their portfolio links to live client sites, how many verified third-party reviews they hold, and whether a commercial registration or ITIDA licence number appears on their site. Web Pioneer wrote this comparison and is one of the companies in it. It is a vendor-authored comparison, not an independent ranking: every observation is dated 25 October 2026 and limited to the pages we inspected.
The twelve: Web Pioneer, Link Development, ITWorx, Robusta, Blink22, Rubikal, TrianglZ, Enozom, eSpace, Code95, Intcore and MitchDesigns. Four are based in Alexandria, one in Ismailia, two list Dubai as head office. Shortlisting a web development company in Egypt for a bilingual project? How we built this list
One rule governed the work: a web development company you can verify beats one you have to trust. We read each company's site and its Clutch or GoodFirms profile on 25 October 2026 and recorded:
- Published prices: yes or no. We never quote another company's figures.
- Public portfolio with live client links: does a case study link to a site you can open today? One sampled each.
- Verified reviews: count and score on a platform the company does not control.
- Registration shown: a commercial registration or ITIDA licence number on the pages fetched. "Not shown" means not found, not nonexistent.
No founding years, headcounts or awards; no test brief (run that yourself); no ranking or paid placement. Our own numbers come from the company facts page.
The comparison table
Web Pioneer is listed first as the author of this comparison; the other companies follow in alphabetical order. The fields and the evidence rules are the same for every company.

Web Pioneer's published website and platform price bands, October 2026

- Brochure site (up to 7 pages): 5,000 to 25,000 EGP, 2 to 3 weeks.
- Bilingual corporate site: 15,000 to 50,000 EGP, 4 to 6 weeks.
- Large corporate or catalogue site: 50,000 to 110,000 EGP, 6 to 10 weeks.
- E-commerce store: 20,000 to 110,000 EGP (most stores 50,000 to 110,000), 3 to 8 weeks.

Questions to ask any web development company before signing
Ask every shortlisted company, including us; keep the answers with the contract.
- Who owns the source code, and when? On final payment, with repository access, not a zip file.
- Whose name is on the hosting, domain and store accounts? Yours from day one; the agency is a delegated user.
- What Core Web Vitals targets are in the scope? LCP, INP and CLS thresholds as acceptance criteria, live.
- Will Arabic and English be delivered to the same standard? Same templates, right-to-left handling and launch date.
- Who handles Egyptian e-invoicing? For a store: in scope, quoted separately, or left to you?
- What does maintenance cost after year one? The monthly figure, in writing now.
- Who are the engineers on my project? Names, roles, employees or subcontractors.
- What test evidence will I receive? A test plan, a staging link and a signed UAT form.
Agency, freelancer or platform: where each fits
A freelancer fits a small one-off site with one owner of design and code. A site builder fits a brochure site you will edit yourself; check account ownership and content export. For a project that must keep working after launch (payments, bookings, user accounts, two languages, integrations), compare the proposed team, maintenance terms, backups and continuity plan, whether the supplier is an agency or a freelancer. The eight questions apply to all three. Our process is on the how we work page.
Summary table by project type
