Website Design and Development Company in Egypt

Business websites and e-commerce, built on WordPress or custom Laravel to match the job, delivered remotely worldwide with published USD pricing

We have been designing and building websites from Cairo since 2014: company sites, corporate platforms and custom e-commerce. Content sites run on WordPress where that is genuinely the better tool, and anything carrying real business logic is engineered on Laravel and Vue.js. We say which one your project needs before you sign, not after. Our pricing is published below in dollars, our delivered work is on our portfolio as live links, and our company record (commercial registration 206687) is public and checkable. Most of our international clients are in the Gulf, Europe and the wider region; the engineering cost base is Egyptian, which is why the numbers below look the way they do.

Published pricing

The ranges below are on the page, not behind a sales call. A fixed written quote follows one scoping conversation.

The right tool, not one tool

WordPress for content sites, custom Laravel and Vue.js for systems. Fast on real phones, clean for search engines, maintainable by any team after us.

Bilingual done properly

English and Arabic with real RTL layouts and correct hreflang, from a team that ships both every week.

You own the result

Code, design files, domain and hosting access transfer to you contractually on full payment. Nothing stays hostage.

Website design pricing in USD (2026)

These are the same tiers we publish in Egyptian pounds on the Arabic version of this page, converted at the 55 EGP per dollar anchor we use across the site. The exact fixed quote depends on page count, languages and integrations, and we put the reason for every line item in writing.

Project typePrice range (USD)Typical timeline
Company website (up to 6 pages)$90 – $4502 – 3 weeks
Professional corporate site (CMS, bilingual, unlimited pages)$270 – $9104 – 6 weeks
Custom e-commerce store$360 – $2,0003 – 5 weeks
Custom platform or web systemfrom $1,270scoped per project

The first two tiers are normally built on WordPress, which is the cheaper and faster answer for a content site your own team will edit. Custom e-commerce and platform work is built on Laravel. Which one applies to you is written into the quote before you sign, and the reasoning is in WordPress or custom code below.

Every tier includes a written contract with a defined scope, full ownership of code and domain in your name, and support after delivery. Larger platform work is quoted against a requirements document; our technical estimate form returns a scope and a range within one business day.

What sits inside each tier

Company website

Custom responsive design, contact and lead forms, analytics wired correctly on day one, SEO foundations and SSL, launched on your domain.

Corporate site

Everything in the first tier plus a CMS your team can actually use, English and Arabic content architecture, and custom sections built around your material.

E-commerce store

Catalogue, cart and checkout with local and international payment gateways, shipping rules, order management and a staff-friendly admin panel.

Platform or system

Requirements analysis, a scalable Laravel architecture, roles and permissions, API integrations and an SLA support agreement for operations.

Local-market pages with local-currency pricing: Saudi Arabia (SAR) · Dubai & UAE (AED) · Qatar (QAR) · Kuwait (KWD).

How a project runs, start to finish

  1. Scoping conversation: a video call on your timezone where we go through your goals, content and reference sites, then send a written scope with a fixed price. An NDA comes first if your material is sensitive.
  2. Design before code: you review the design as clickable pages on a private staging link and adjust it while changes are still cheap.
  3. Build in the open: the site takes shape on staging where you can click through progress every week, in both languages if the site is bilingual.
  4. Content, speed and search checks: real-device speed passes, SEO foundations, analytics events and forms tested end to end before anyone talks about launching.
  5. Launch and handover: we go live on your domain, train your team on the admin panel, and transfer every credential and file to your ownership at final payment.

WordPress or custom code? The rule we actually apply

A content site with standard needs is often best served by WordPress: faster to ship, cheaper to maintain, and your team already knows the editor. The moment the site carries business logic, custom pricing rules, member accounts, integrations, real inventory, custom Laravel wins, because you are building a system, not publishing pages. We work with both every week and we will tell you which one your project actually needs, including when the honest answer is the cheaper one. What we do not do is bend one tool to imitate the other; that is where budgets and deadlines go to die.

How to choose a web design company, even if you choose someone else

An informed buyer is our favourite kind, because informed buyers understand why one quote is half the other. Six checks worth running on anyone you shortlist, us included:

1. Published pricing you can read before any call. Open each company's site and look for numbers. If there is not a single figure published, the price will be tailored to you on the call. Ours sits higher up this page.
2. A written contract with a defined scope. What exactly does the price include? How many design revision rounds? What support period, at what response level? Every unwritten item is a postponed argument.
3. Code and domain ownership. Ask directly: is the domain registered in my name, and do I receive the full source code? An evasive answer means you are renting your website, not buying it.
4. A registered entity with a real address. Commercial registration, a visitable address, fixed numbers. The problem is not honest freelancers; it is entities that vanish when your site breaks on a Friday.
5. Straight talk on SEO promises. A serious company explains the difference between technical SEO foundations (delivered with the site) and ranking work (a separate ongoing effort). Anyone promising page one within a week as part of design deserves one question: for which keyword, and with what written guarantee?
6. How they treat your questions before you pay. If the answers are rushed and vague while you are still deciding, imagine after the invoice clears.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website cost with your team?

Company websites run $90 to $450, corporate sites $270 to $910, and custom e-commerce $360 to $2,000, with platforms quoted from $1,270 against a written scope. The ranges are published because we would rather compete on the actual number than on a sales call.

How does working remotely with you look in practice?

Meetings run on your working hours over video, progress lives on a staging link you can open any day, and payments are staged so each invoice follows work you have already reviewed. We have delivered this way for clients in the Gulf and Europe since 2014.

Who owns the website when it is finished?

You do, in the contract itself: source code, design files, the domain registered in your name, and hosting access. If we ever part ways, any competent developer can take the site over without needing anything from us.

Can you build the site in English and Arabic together?

Bilingual builds are our daily work. That means real right-to-left layouts, language-correct typography and hreflang done properly, not a mirrored afterthought. You review both versions on staging before launch.

What happens after the site goes live?

A support period for fixes is included, and beyond it we offer maintenance agreements covering updates, backups, security and small changes. We also host and operate sites under support agreements with monitoring, or hand everything to your own hosting if you prefer.

Why are your prices lower than agencies in the Gulf or Europe?

The engineering happens in Cairo, one of the region's largest software talent pools, so the cost base is Egyptian while the delivery standard is set by your market. Same stack, same process, without the office-tower overhead built into the invoice.
