AI Chatbot Development

Chatbots grounded in your own content, fluent in Arabic and English, live on WhatsApp and your website — with a clean handover to a human when it matters

An AI chatbot answers your customers in natural language, at any hour, in the language they wrote in. The difference between one that helps and one that embarrasses you is grounding: a chatbot built on a general model alone will invent confident answers about your prices, your policies and your delivery times. We build chatbots that answer only from your own documents, catalogue and systems — and that say "let me get a colleague" instead of guessing.

In short

  • Grounded in your content. Retrieval over your documents, catalogue and FAQs, so answers come from your material rather than the model's imagination.
  • Arabic and English, natively. Including Egyptian and Gulf dialects — it replies in whichever language the customer opened with.
  • Where your customers already are: WhatsApp Business API, your website, Facebook and Instagram messaging, and inside your app.
  • Human handover built in. On low confidence, on complaint, or on request — with the full conversation passed across so the customer never repeats themselves.
  • Every conversation logged — so you can audit what was said, see what people actually ask, and improve it with evidence.

Live on WhatsApp

Official WhatsApp Business API integration — the channel most customers in this region actually use, not a widget they have to find on your website.

Answers From Your Material

Retrieval-augmented generation over your documents, product catalogue and policies. If the answer is not in your content, it does not invent one.

Arabic Done Properly

Handles Modern Standard Arabic, Egyptian and Gulf dialects, mixed Arabic-English messages, and replies in kind rather than translating awkwardly.

Knows When to Step Aside

Confidence thresholds, complaint detection and explicit escalation — routed into your helpdesk with the conversation history attached.

What the Chatbot Can Handle

Scope is agreed before the build. A chatbot that does five things reliably is worth far more than one that attempts fifty and is trusted for none.

CapabilityWhat it means in practice
Product and service questionsAnswers about specifications, availability, pricing and comparisons, drawn from your live catalogue rather than a static script.
Order and booking statusConnected to your system, so it reads the actual order or reservation and reports its real status — not a generic tracking link.
Policy and procedure answersReturns, warranty, shipping, working hours, branch locations — answered consistently every time, from the documents you approved.
Lead capture and qualificationAsks your qualification questions conversationally, writes the result into your CRM, and books a call when the lead is ready.
Appointment bookingChecks availability against your calendar or system, books the slot, and sends the confirmation and reminder.
Multi-turn troubleshootingWalks a customer through a diagnostic sequence, remembering what has already been tried, and escalates with a full summary when it runs out.
Proactive messagingOrder updates, appointment reminders and renewal notices sent through approved WhatsApp templates within the platform rules.
Human handoverTransfers into your helpdesk or Chatwoot with full context, so the agent picks up mid-conversation rather than starting over.

We do not recommend putting an unsupervised chatbot in front of medical, legal or financial advice, or in front of anything where a wrong answer creates liability. In those cases we build it to retrieve and summarise for a human, who then sends. That boundary is a design decision we will argue for.

Who Gets the Most From It

High Enquiry Volume

A support inbox where the same forty questions arrive hundreds of times a month and consume a team's working day.

Out-of-Hours Demand

Customers who message in the evening and at weekends, when the alternative to a good automated answer is silence until Monday.

E-Commerce and Retail

Product questions, order tracking and returns — the three enquiries that dominate every online store's inbox.

Bookings and Appointments

Clinics, salons, workshops and services where most conversations end in a booking that a chatbot can complete directly.

What You Receive

  1. A deployed chatbot on the channels agreed — WhatsApp Business API, website widget, or in-app.
  2. A knowledge base built from your content, with a documented process for keeping it current as your products and policies change.
  3. System integrations — order lookup, booking, CRM writes, and helpdesk handover, scoped to what your business needs.
  4. An admin dashboard — conversation history, escalation queue, unanswered-question report, and content editing without a developer.
  5. Evaluation results — accuracy measured against a test set of real customer questions before it goes live.
  6. Training and documentation for your support team, covering how handover works and how to improve answers over time.

How We Build It

  1. Conversation audit — we read your last few months of real customer messages and cluster them. This tells us what to build rather than what you assume people ask.
  2. Scope and boundaries — we agree what the bot answers, what it refuses, and exactly when it hands to a human.
  3. Knowledge base construction — your documents, catalogue and policies structured and indexed for retrieval, with the gaps flagged for you to fill.
  4. Integration — connecting order lookup, bookings, CRM and helpdesk so the bot works with live data rather than a snapshot.
  5. Evaluation — we test against real historical questions and measure accuracy, tuning until it clears the agreed threshold.
  6. Supervised launch — it goes live with a human reviewing conversations, and we tighten it in the first weeks using what real customers actually send.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the chatbot make up answers?

That is the central risk with a general model, and it is what our architecture is designed to prevent. Answers are retrieved from your approved content, the bot is instructed to refuse rather than speculate, and every conversation is logged so you can verify. It will sometimes say "I do not know, let me connect you to a colleague" — that is the system working correctly, not failing.

Does it really understand Egyptian and Gulf Arabic?

Yes. Modern models handle Arabic dialects well, including mixed Arabic-English messages and Arabic written in Latin characters. We test this explicitly during evaluation using your real customer messages, because your customers write the way they write, not the way a demo does.

Can it connect to WhatsApp?

Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API — which is what we recommend. It is stable, permits automated replies within the platform rules, and will not get your number banned the way unofficial libraries eventually do. We handle the business verification and template approval as part of the project.

What happens when it cannot answer?

It hands over to a human, cleanly. The conversation transfers into your helpdesk or Chatwoot with the full history, so your agent sees what was already discussed. Outside working hours it takes a message and sets the customer's expectation about when someone will reply.

Will it replace our support team?

It will absorb the repetitive portion — usually the majority of message volume, and almost never the majority of the difficulty. The realistic outcome is that your team stops answering the same question for the four hundredth time and spends its day on the conversations that actually need a person. We will not promise you a headcount reduction.

How do we update it when our prices or policies change?

Through the admin dashboard. You edit the source content and the bot uses the updated version immediately — no developer, no redeployment. Where prices live in a system we have integrated, they update automatically because the bot reads them live.

How much does it cost to run?

Model usage per conversation, plus WhatsApp's own per-conversation charge if you use that channel. We estimate both from your real message volumes during scoping and set a monthly cap. For most businesses the per-conversation cost is a small fraction of the cost of a person answering it.

How long before it goes live?

It depends mainly on how much of your content already exists in a usable form and how many systems it integrates with. A bot answering from documents you already have is quick; one that reads live orders from an ERP and books appointments takes longer. We give a fixed scope and timeline after the conversation audit.
