What an MVP does and does not include

An MVP at this tier ships both iOS and Android from one codebase, a working backend, authentication, the one core flow your business actually runs on, and an admin view. It deliberately excludes everything else. The point of an MVP is to put the core loop in real users' hands within a quarter, not to be a discount version of the final vision.

Where the money goes in mid-scope apps

  • Payments: Gulf apps mean local rails. Mada-capable processors for Saudi, the UAE's own set of gateways, plus wallets. Each provider is an integration with its own sandbox, edge cases and settlement quirks.
  • Notifications and messaging: push infrastructure, transactional SMS or WhatsApp Business API flows for order updates.
  • Admin panels: the invisible half of every commercial app. Staff need to manage products, orders, refunds and users without a developer on call.
  • Arabic-first UX: RTL layouts done properly, not mirrored as an afterthought. This is native ground for us.

Real-time state.
