An HR and Payroll System That Knows Gulf Rules and Runs on Your Servers

Attendance, leave, payroll runs, gratuity and self-service for 50 to 1,000 staff, deployed on infrastructure you control.

Payroll is the module where imported software gives up. A global HR SaaS will track leave beautifully, then choke on a WPS-style bank file, calculate end-of-service as if it were Western severance, and park your salary data in a region your auditor never approved. Spreadsheets hold out until roughly employee number fifty, then one late formula edit pays somebody twice. We build HR and payroll systems that run on your own infrastructure, with your pay rules coded in and tested against real historical payslips before the first live run. Founded in Cairo in 2014, we deliver remotely to Saudi, UAE and international clients, with published pricing and code that becomes yours on final payment.

Your servers, your salary data

The system deploys on your own VPS, data center or private cloud. Nobody's monthly per-employee fee, and no payroll database sitting in a third country.

Published, fixed-scope pricing

Business systems start from $3,000 for a core build. You see the price ranges on this page before the first call, and we invoice per delivered milestone rather than up front.

NDA first, ownership at the end

An NDA comes first, before a single payslip or employee record reaches us. And when the last stage is paid, the code, the database and the deployment access are yours, written into the contract.

Built in Cairo, on your clock

Cairo runs one hour behind most Gulf offices, so calls, demos and payroll-day support happen inside your working hours, not at midnight.

What the system actually covers

Attendance and shifts

Clock-in from biometric devices, mobile GPS check-in or web, with shift schedules, overtime rules and lateness policies you define, not defaults you fight.

Leave management

Annual, sick, unpaid and custom leave types with accrual rules, approval chains and balances employees can check themselves instead of emailing HR.

Payroll engine for mixed workforces

Allowances, deductions, loans and multi-currency handling for teams that mix nationalities and contract types. Every run produces an audit trail showing who changed what.

End-of-service calculations

Gratuity computed from service length, contract type and final salary under the rules that apply to you, with a printable breakdown HR can hand to the departing employee.

WPS-style bank file export

One click turns an approved payroll run into the salary transfer file your bank expects, formatted and validated before anyone uploads it.

Employee self-service

Staff view payslips, request leave, update documents and see attendance from a phone. HR stops being a help desk for questions the system can answer.

What an HR and payroll build costs

ScopePrice rangeTypical timeline
Core HR (attendance + leave, or 2-3 modules)from $3,000typically 8-12 weeks
Full HR + payroll suite with self-service$4,500 – 8,000typically 12-20 weeks
Large integrated build (payroll + accounting/ERP links)from $8,00020+ weeks

These are the same USD ranges we publish for all business systems, and in most projects they land 30-50% under what a Gulf agency would quote for the same scope. The fixed number for your build comes after we've read your pay rules, not before.

How we get you to a correct first payroll run

  1. Pay-rule workshop: we sit with your HR and finance people and write down every allowance, deduction, overtime formula and gratuity case, then turn that into written acceptance criteria you sign off before we build.
  2. NDA and data handling: confidentiality is signed before any employee data, payslips or contracts reach us, and we agree where test data lives.
  3. Click-through builds: a staging link goes up early and new builds land on it weekly, so HR can click through attendance and leave flows while payroll is still being wired.
  4. Parallel payroll run: before go-live we run one full cycle in the new system alongside your current method and reconcile the two, line by line, down to the smallest unit.
  5. Deploy and hand over: the system goes onto your servers, your team gets trained, and on final payment the code, database and admin access belong to your company by contract.

Frequently asked questions

Why not just subscribe to a global HR platform?

For attendance and leave, honestly, some of them are fine. Payroll is where they quietly fail: gratuity treated as generic severance, no usable salary-file export for your bank, and rule changes waiting on a vendor roadmap. A custom build costs more in month one and less by year two, and the rules are exactly yours.

Can it handle a workforce with many nationalities and contract types?

That is the normal case in the Gulf, so we treat it as the baseline, not an add-on. Pay components, leave entitlements and end-of-service math are configured per contract type, and the parallel payroll run before go-live proves the output against your existing records.

Does our employee data stay on our own infrastructure?

Yes, that is the point of the build. The application and database are deployed on servers you control, in the country you choose, and we access them for support only through accounts you grant and can revoke. Our Trust Center at /trust describes how we handle client data during the project.

What exactly do we get for the WPS-style salary transfer?

An approved payroll run exports a bank-ready salary file in the format your bank specifies, generated and validated by the system rather than assembled by hand. We build the export against your bank's actual specification during the project, and it is part of the signed acceptance criteria.

We run everything on spreadsheets today. Can you migrate the history?

In most projects we import employee records, leave balances and recent payroll history from your existing sheets as a defined migration task with its own sign-off. You review the imported data on the staging link before anything is considered final.

Send us one anonymized payslip

That is usually enough to tell you whether your rules are a 12-week build or a 20-week one, and what it will cost. NDA available before you share anything sensitive.
