We already have a system but nobody uses it. Can you fix that instead of rebuilding?

If the core is sound we extend it; if the fee module cannot express your installment reality, a rebuild of that part is usually cheaper than fighting it for another year.
Can parents pay school fees online through the system?
Yes, through regional gateways such as PayTabs, HyperPay or Tap, with receipts issued automatically and the payment posted straight to the student's ledger. Cash and bank-transfer entries are recorded in the same ledger so the accountant reconciles one report, not three.
How do you handle student data privacy?
An NDA covers any records you share during scoping, the system runs on infrastructure the school controls, and access is role-based down to the field level. Our published Trust Center describes the security practices we hold ourselves to, and the contract makes the school the owner of both the data and the code.
Does remote delivery from Cairo work for a school in Saudi or the UAE?
It has since 2014. Meetings run on your working hours (the time difference is a single hour), progress is visible on a private test site throughout the build, and training happens over video with recorded sessions your staff can replay. Schools mostly notice the difference in the invoice, not the process.
Can we launch mid-year or do we have to wait for a new academic year?
