Real estate apps and systems for developers, brokers and property managers

One unit with one status, a lead that is followed up after the first call, and rent collected on time: that is what we build for real estate companies in Egypt and the Gulf.

A real estate company loses money in two places that never show in a report: a unit shown to two buyers because its status was not updated, and a lead who called once and was never followed up because the name stayed in one agent's phone. We build apps, portals and back-office systems for developers, brokers and property managers that keep the unit, the lead and the contract in one database, on the phone and in the office. The ranges below are published, and a written estimate reaches you within one business day.

One unit, one status

A reserved unit disappears from every channel at the same moment: the app, the website and the agent's screen. No double listing and no apology after a viewing.

No lead left behind

Every call, message or form becomes a record with an owner and a follow-up date, and the sales manager sees who followed up and who did not without asking.

Instalments and rent on time

A payment schedule per contract, automatic reminders before the due date, online collection through local gateways, and a statement both owner and tenant can see.

Search that understands the area

Map and filters by price, size, finishing and delivery date, with heavy images that still open fast on mobile data, because the buyer decides on a phone.

What we build for developers, brokerages and property management companies

Each item below is a standing service with a published range. A developer usually starts with the website and a listing app, a brokerage with the lead system, and a property manager with rent and maintenance.

  • Real estate app: units on a map with filters, viewing requests and an agent dashboard, for Android and iPhone.
  • Property management system: units, owners, contracts, instalments, maintenance and occupancy reports, for a developer or a management company.
  • Rental app: daily or monthly rentals with booking, online payment and an occupancy calendar, for chalets, furnished flats and offices.
  • Real estate company website: projects, brochures and interest forms that reach the sales team immediately, in Arabic and English.
  • Multi-broker property portal: listings from many agencies, advertiser verification, packages and commissions, and an admin panel.
  • AI chat assistant: answers questions about units, prices and instalment plans on the site and WhatsApp, and books the viewing for a serious buyer.
  • Digital marketing: launch and inventory clearance campaigns, measured in booked viewings rather than clicks.

What is different in real estate

Property is a high-ticket purchase with a long decision cycle, and that imposes requirements an ordinary online store never has:

  • Status synchronisation: a unit has one status (available, reserved, sold, rented) that changes in one place and is reflected everywhere. Any lag here costs a buyer.
  • Images and maps: dozens of photos and floor plans per unit, compressed and served from a CDN, or the buyer stops browsing on mobile data.
  • Instalments and payment schedules: down payment, quarterly instalments, late fees and early settlement, each contract with its own schedule and collection log.
  • Brokers and commissions: on multi-broker portals, who added the listing, who brought the buyer and who earns the commission are recorded and calculated automatically.
  • Listing verification: a duplicate or fake listing damages the portal's reputation, so advertisers are verified and listings reviewed before they go live.
  • The Gulf market: demand for real estate apps in Dubai and Riyadh is strong and comes with different language, currency and payment requirements, which we deliver remotely from Cairo as described on our app development in the UAE and app development in Saudi Arabia pages.

Evidence you can check yourself

Web Pioneer is a software engineering and technology company founded in Cairo in 2014, commercial register 206687, ITIDA licence 1167. We have delivered more than 150 projects for clients in 15 countries including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Oman, and our Google rating is 4.9 from 138 reviews. The projects published under their owners' names in our portfolio and case studies describe the scope of each one and what changed afterwards.

The ranges below are the same ones published on every service page, and our engineering and security practices, with their limits, are in the Trust Center. The code and database are yours once the final invoice is settled, and the agreement says so.

How the project runs

  1. Free video call: we learn your business type (development, brokerage, property management), unit count, and where leads are lost or collections slip today.
  2. Written requirements and a fixed price: a scope of work naming the screens and integrations (maps, payment, WhatsApp), with a price and timeline before any payment.
  3. Payments tied to deliverables: an approved design, a test build on your phone, then the system on a staging server with your real data.
  4. Weekly reviews during the build: the sales team tries it every week and corrects early; we test speed on mobile networks and synchronisation across channels.
  5. Store launch, training and support: publishing on Google Play and the App Store, migrating units and contracts from spreadsheets, training agents, and a support period included.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a real estate app cost?

A listings and viewing-request app falls between 165,000 and 250,000 EGP over 8 to 12 weeks, rising to 440,000 EGP with an agent dashboard, instalments and online payment. A multi-broker portal starts at 440,000 EGP. The exact figure comes in writing within one business day.

Our units live in spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. How do we migrate?

Units, leads and contracts are imported from your current files during the testing phase, and the team runs both in parallel for a week before switching. WhatsApp groups stay as a communication channel, but unit status and lead follow-up move out of them into the system.

Can the system connect to payment gateways, maps and WhatsApp?

Online collection runs through Paymob or Fawry in Egypt and through local gateways in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Maps come from Google Maps, and instalment and viewing reminders go out by WhatsApp and SMS. Each integration is named explicitly in the scope of work.

We also operate in Dubai or Riyadh. Do you deliver there?

We have delivered remotely from Cairo to clients in Saudi Arabia and the UAE for years, one time zone apart. The app supports SAR, AED and EGP together, and the Gulf ranges are published on our UAE and Saudi app development pages.

Who owns the code and the data?

The code, the database and the store accounts are all in your company's name once the final invoice is settled, and the agreement states this in plain terms. There is no annual licence or per-user fee; hosting and support after launch are optional and quoted separately.

What about maintenance after launch?

Go-live comes with a support period included, then an optional maintenance contract of 5,000 to 10,000 EGP per month covering store updates, backups and fixes. The team works from Cairo and answers in Arabic and English during business hours.
