Frequently asked questions
Our technicians are not comfortable with apps. Will they use it?
This is the most common worry and the reason the field pilot exists. The technician screens are deliberately minimal: today's jobs, a checklist, a parts field and a signature box. In our experience the crews adopt it quickly once they realise it ends the end-of-day paperwork pile.
What happens in areas with no mobile coverage, like basements and rooftops?
The app stores the job data, photos and signature on the phone and pushes everything to the server when the connection comes back. The technician never sees an error screen, and the office sees the record a few minutes later than usual instead of never.
Can it handle both contract visits and one-off emergency callouts?
It has to, because that is how maintenance companies actually operate. Contract visits are generated automatically from the PM schedule; callouts are created by the dispatcher in under a minute and can be billed separately or absorbed under the contract SLA, your choice per job.
We are in Saudi Arabia and you are in Cairo. How does support work?

Can you import our existing contracts and customer list?
Almost always. Excel sheets and exports from an old system are the usual starting point; we map the columns with you, run a trial import onto staging, and you verify a sample of contracts before we load the real database at go-live.
